About Gill

Gill Atkinson

I graduated as a teacher with music as my specialism in 1983. I have always loved singing and since the age of about 11 have been part of many different singing groups/choirs, either running them or singing in them! My vocal training was with the much loved and very popular singer, Cynthia Glover (Bristol) and Honor Sheppard (Mancheser) and some of my choral singing experiences as a singer have included membership of The Brandon Hill Singers (Bristol), The Paragon Singers (Bath), The Kingsdown Singers (Bristol), Schola Aquae Sulis (visiting Cathedral Choir) and Bath Abbey Evening Choir.
